Premature Ejaculation Cure
Premature ejaculation (PE) is the most common sexual dysfunction in males and is often seen in men between the ages of 18 and 30, and it affects 25-40% of men in this age group.
The definition of premature ejaculation is when a man ejaculates before he wants to at least half of the time while being physically intimate with his spouse. In addition, this means that premature ejaculation is based on one’s perceptions. If PE is in an advanced stage, one may ejaculate before penetration happens.
Causes of Premature Ejaculation
The causes of premature ejaculation can be many. All too often, the problem is caused by a combination of physiological and mental causes. Premature ejaculation might simply be caused by weakened muscles (usually the PC muscles), strengthening exercises which can fix the situation Something to keep in mind is that research has indicated, often, it is a combination of the physical and non-physical factors (in particular stress), most often weak muscles are the cause (in as much as 73% of the cases).
Symptoms of PE
Many have tried to figure out what qualifies as premature ejaculation and see what is not PE. The two well known guidelines are:
- Master and Johnson define it as a male suffers from PE if he ejaculates before his spouse orgasms more than 50% of the time when they have sex.
- Researchers suggested that a male suffers from premature ejaculation if he orgasms in under 2 minutes after the penetration. A survey taken (by Alfred Kinsey in 1950s) showed that nearly 70% of men cannot last more than 2 minutes.
The current idea of PE is more subjective and depends almost entirely on each individual’s own perceptions of how much he can satisfy his wife.
Treatments For Premature Ejaculation
There are three methods most commonly used for treating premature ejaculation:
- Prescription medication - These are becoming less of an option because of the possible side-effects, and it has little effect on the man’s ability to last longer.
- Creams that can be purchased over the counter, PE management devices - These creams and lotions are designed to reduce feeling on the skin of the penis for men. Other devices are made to restrict blood flow and feeling in the penis.
Both the lotions and the restrictive devices are not only futile, but they also can be highly dangerous and potentially damaging to a males sexual organs.
- Exercises for premature ejaculation - These are the most promising method of treating PE. These exercises work well on physiological and non-physical factors if done correctly. In some cases these exercises, applied correctly, can help premature ejaculation in a month or less. Also, exercises that prevent PE have no ill effects and help the overall well-being of the person working on them.

Additionally, Matt Wutzke, the author of “Ejaculation Trainer“ notes that it is important to know which exercise really work, because there are relatively few exercises that work effectively. Using “Ejaculation Trainer“, hands down one of the most effective premature ejaculation treatments, which has been shown to completely cure PE in less than a month using methods that are safe and natural.
